No optional tracking in the website components

The website’s own components do not include audience analytics or behavioural advertising. Questionnaires and internal search work locally in your browser without optional cookies. WordPress and necessary security or form services may use technical cookies for requested functions or sessions; administrator cookies differ from visitor cookies.

Booking modules: TopDoctors and Doctoralia

The booking modules remain blocked until you accept them. Once accepted, they load automatically as you approach them on the page. They connect your browser with TopDoctors and Doctoralia to display their booking services; those providers receive technical data, including your IP address, and may use cookies or browser storage under their own policies.

We store your choice locally in this browser for up to six months, using aedo_booking_preferences_v1. This record only remembers your preference and is not sent to the practice. You can change your choice from “Booking module preferences” at the bottom of any page. Rejecting the modules does not prevent you from using the direct links or contacting the practice. Disabling modules that are already open reloads the page to stop them; previously stored third-party cookies can be deleted using your browser controls.

Booking details, fees, insurance and appointment confirmation are managed by the selected platform. Other external videos, maps and WhatsApp links open the corresponding service when selected. The newsletter form is loaded separately when you open it.

Browser controls

You can view, block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may affect administrator sessions or forms. The privacy policy identifies the controller and explains your rights.
